from 4.30 - 8pm. A different theme with delicious food paired with refreshing drinks.

Think oysters, prawns, local reef fish and coastal sides, paired with crisp Rosé, bubbles, and Shelly's spritzes, all against the sound of the sweeping waves and that Shelly Beach magic glow.

​​Join us Friday 19th December, for our Final Feast of 2025. A coastal Christmas to farewell the year, a sparkling night of festive flavours, Pacific Ocean views, and holiday cheer all Shelly-style.

We’re bringing together the best dishes of 2025, the crowd favourites, the chef’s top plates, and a few Christmas twists. One-night celebration that’s all about delicious food, good company, and golden sunsets.
Think seafood, roast lamb with a coastal twist, summer salads, and decadent desserts, paired perfectly with rosé, bubbles, and Shelly's signatures cocktails.
